The Edgmont Property Group is a group of real estate professionals that specialize in transforming properties into newly relevant places for people to live, work, and shop in, as well as increasing property value to investors.

Bob Steiner, the CEO of Edgmont Property Group, wanted a new site that showcased their team of experienced people as well as the services that they provide and their cumulative history of success in the commercial real estate industry.

Concept

Present large amounts of content in an easy to digest manner by breaking down information into cohesive sections and organizing text.

Use color overlays on photographs of properties that the Edgmont Group has worked on to identify sections, and emphasize text content with detailed typeface choices, all in one smooth scrolling page.

The one-page site flows seamlessley together, leading the viewer to discovery, section by section until “meeting” the team and called on to contact them.
